Process
1. You will be viewing preselected videos on the planets, moons, and stars. Click on each one to be taken to the list of videos. 2. While viewing the videos be sure to make notes of the main ideas and most important points. Be sure to write down the name of the video, along with your notes. 3. Classify your notes into planets, moons, and starts. Then select a total of 10 celestial bodies 3 to 5 from each category. Create your own graphic organizer to accomplish this. 4. Log into DE Science. In the Earth Science column, click on "Space: Our Solar System and Beyond" and view the related materials and complete the accompanying activities. 5. Write a short summary that evaluates 3 of the most useful activities or resources from DE Science in step 4. 6. Think of a creative title for your Space Field Guide and create a storyboard to organize your information. 7. Collect and copy pictures for your project from the "mathruiz" folder into your personal folder on the H drive. 8. You are now ready to create your Space Field Guide in PhotoStory. 9. Remember that your PhotoStory must include pictures, text, voice, and music.
